Pat Newell, ARNP-C

Pat Newell has been a member of the Nephrology Associates staff since 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida, Masters in Nursing with a focus in Education from Troy University, Montgomery, Alabama and a Post-Masters Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama.

She has been a Certified Diabetes Educator since 1993 and currently is Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Advanced Diabetes Management. Pat also holds certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

She is a member of the Sunshine Coast Chapter of the American Nephrology Nurses Association, the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Diabetes Association.

At present, Pat is on staff at six DaVita Dialysis Center locations. She also has privileges at Bay Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Select Specialty Hospital, and HealthSouth ECR Hospital.
