Richard F. Walker, Jr., M.D.

Dr. Richard Walker founded Nephrology Associates in 1978 after completion of his Residency and Fellowship at University of Texas Southwestern, which followed his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ohio State University.

Dr. Walker is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, sub-specialty in Nephrology, and Critical Care Medicine. Additionally, he holds professional memberships with the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, American Society of Nephrology, International Society of Nephrology, Florida Society of Nephrology, Renal Physicians Association, National Kidney Foundation, and American College of Physicians.

He is the Medical Director of DaVita Panama City Dialysis Facility, as well as a Nephrologist at six other local DaVita facilities. He has privileges at Bay Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical, Select Specialty Hospital, and HealthSouth ECR Hospital.
