Cathy Stephenson, ARNP-C

Cathy Stephenson has been a clinical nurse for over 32 years working directly with patients. She has a background in ICU, Recovery Room and Outpatient Surgery working with a wide variety of patients. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University, Panama City Campus and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama.

She is a member of the Florida Nurses Association, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also has over three years' experience as a formal nurse educator. She is currently certified as an ACLS Provider (Advanced Cardiac Life Support). She holds certification from AACN for CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse). She is a PALS Provider (Pediatric Advanced Life Support); and has AANP certification (American Association of Nurse Practitioners).

At present, Cathy is on staff at six DaVita Dialysis Center locations. She also has privileges at Bay Medical Center/Sacred Heart Health System, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Select Specialty Hospital and HealthSouth ECR Hospital.
